I’ve been sick with a nasty leg infection for several weeks now and still feel quite lousy. The pain and swelling are hampering most of my effort to explore pertinent topics in the current affairs of peopleness. I was in the hospital a week and a half ago, and don’t wish to go back. This just shows how virulent a bacterial infection can be. So I haven’t the energy to devote time to delve into most of the recent(non)-events in the news these last several days. Or write about them, which I miss.
My infection may be a strep-type infection. Mine is a somewhat antibiotic resistance variety. And I’m glad my immune system isn’t tied up with the experimental agents known as *vaccines*. And yes it’s hurting as I sit here writing. A dull hot pain is the only way to describe it, up past my calf a little ways. It feels like a watermelon has grown around my calf and is strangling it.
So today I’m posting an article by Robert Hunziker on Netflix’s, “Seaspiracy”. I’ve recommended it in an earlier post or two. The Oceans are being decimated by over harvesting. Too many people relying on now, too few fish. So I will leave the link to his review of the documentary and recommend it if you happen to have Netflix.
I have posted a few things I’ve written on Caitlin Johnston’s site[ Caitlin Johnstone ]this week. So be kind and stay safe. Peace, The Ol’ Hippy \/
